Brilliant colors, a touch of sparkle and Penny Black’s Circle Pattern create the round card base motif. To accent the design, a few candles and a sentiment (Sweet Wishes) were added to a die-cut label.
Tip/Hint: Trim a small piece from the bottom of the back panel. This will keep the card from “rolling” when displayed.
