The new Valentine release by Penny Black has so many wonderful images for mixing and matching. Today I paired a transparent set with a slapstick stamp for this circular card.
The background under the elevated circle frame is white cardstock distressed with Pink Grapefruit VersaMagic with Hearts All Over stamped in the same color ink.
The bears and sentiment are from the transparent set called Beep Beep. The bears were colored with Copics, fussy cut and then attached with dimensional foam.
The border used for the grass band is from the set called Halloween Treats. I love that this set has many designs that I can use throughout the year.
