This sentiment from Penny Black (You Are Kind 3624F) is a couple of years old, but has remained one of my all-time favorites. I love the combination of fonts.
The cellophane bag is a plastic envelope sleeve that was trimmed with decorative scissors. The sentiment is matted with a scalloped rectangle Nestability and adorned with ribbon from American Crafts.
I added a crystal rhinestone in the exclamation point for an extra little sparkle.
