This tiny card measures a mere 1.5 x 3 inches. The colorful base is Penny Black's Clear Skies "Mix & Match" cardstock.
After "fussy" cutting the image, dimensional foam tape was used to attach the artwork.
I liked the simplicity of the design and didn't want to add any other colors but wanted something at the bottom to "anchor" the design. A few pierced holes seemed to be the perfect solution. The finishing touch was crystal stickles on the candle flames.
