Celebrate Today... (With a Card & Video)

This is a card that I designed for a Penny Black make-n-take at the CHA Winter Convention and demonstrated in England at the CHSI Convention.

Lots of color without coloring!



Here is a short video I made to accompany the instructions below. 



  • Stamp flowers with black dye ink on colored cardstocks and trim.
  • Edge each flower with a black marker and highlight the center of the small flower with a pink marker.
  • Spray the flower with Sparkle Shimmer Spritz and create soft bends.
  • Stamp the green strip with Spanish Moss and the wave pattern.
  • Stamp the orange cardstock with the hatch pattern and Persimmon ink.
  • Assemble with dimensional foam under the strip, flowers and sentiment.
  • Accent the flower with a stamped button and twine.

 
I really like this sentiment.  It reminds me that each day is a celebration……
